Akshaya Patra is responding to flood affected Guwahati
Heavy rainfall and flood continue to wreak havoc in Guwahati, Assam. The water level of river Brahmaputra has been rising due to incessant rains. Flood has claimed lives of at least 11 people in Assam and has threatened the lives of approximately 26.5 lakhs people in the state. And it is worsening every hour!
